The Inn at Onancock

Your inn is beyond our wildest expectations! The Tuscan Room is - by far - the most romantic place we've ever been. We no longer need to fly all the way to Italy - this is so much better. You've gone above and beyond on every level. Thank you for a weekend we'll never forget!

The Inn at Onancock is my favorite Bed and Breakfast, bar none.

The beds at the Inn are wonderful!!! I am 5 ½ months pregnant with twins and our night at the Inn at Onancock was the first comfortable night's sleep I have had in a long time. Plus, the rooms were so nice and quiet I felt like I was in the middle of the country.

Thank you for the fabulous weekend. The Inn at Onancock is incredible. It is so warm and welcoming and you guys did a fabulous job on taking an old historic house and converting it into a beautiful B&B. The awesome beds, the wonderful bathrooms, and your unbelievable, warm hospitality, to say nothing of the food, made our experience something we'll remember always. Again, thank you so much for such a pleasant, enjoyable weekend. Needless to say, we'll be telling everyone we know of your B&B, and "We'll be back!"

The great news is we have discovered a phenomenal B&B in the heart of Onancock, but the bad news is the Inn has set such a high bar we don't think any others will reach it anytime soon. Everything about the Inn was an exquisite experience.

The Winter Getaway Package with massage and dinner on top of the UNBELIEVABLE breakfast was more than we could have asked for. We loved everything and enjoyed our "honeymoon" weekend away from the brady bunch :)

We were totally pampered in the Williamsburg Room - a chandelier in the bathroom!!!! Sam kept us from missing our 2 labs at home. Everything was wonderful. Especially seeing the Godspeed come into the Onancock Wharf to celebrate 400 years of Virginia history.

What a magical way to begin the new year! We loved staying in this perfectly appointed, lovely and comfortable room. The spa tub was amazing and the down bedding simply heaven. Thank you for being such warm and welcoming hosts. We feel we have made new friends in Onancock.

We have stayed at many B&Bs over the years and this one ranks right at the top. Hopitality was amazing, food was great, the WineDown Hour was fab. Highly recommend The Charlotte for dinner, kayaking and wine tour was awesome.

The Inn at Onancock was a true treasure found while here on the Eastern Shore. I travel 4-5 days a week for work and am always subjected to cookie cutter hotels. My afternoon here felt like home and the WineDown Hour was a rare gem. Dinner at The Charlotte, I thought, topped the night off until I got into the tub and bed. A true pleasure and a B&B I will recommend to all.

What a wonderful way to spend our 6th anniversary. Your attention to detail is superb, and we thoroughly enjoyed every luxury (e.g. comfortable bed, relaxing tub, plush robes, warm towels, vanilla toiletries, relaxing music in the CD player). We have stayed at multiple B&Bs and this is BY FAR the best! We plan to return (next time, I'm getting a massage!)

This was our first B&B stay and we couldn't be more pleased. We loved all the special touches. We just wish we could stay longer! My husband and I felt like honeymooners (and we've been married almost 27 years.)
PS Just had breakfast. It was bliss!

This visit has been such a treat! - a trip for the ladies (5 of us). So stress free and relaxing in such beautiful surroundings. It's fun to be so pampered - a wonderful breakfast. I definitely plan to come again.

I have so enjoyed my stay at this wonderful inn. Although I was working so far from home, I felt like I was home. This room is so much more than I could ever ask for. The chaise is absolutely wonderful, the bathroom is "to die for," and the bed - what dreams are made of.

What fun! Everything is so nice and well thought our. The home is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves - thought about moving in as permanent guests. In other words, we loved it all from wine, cheese, bed, breakfast and conversation.

Thanks for a delightful visit! Your home is so very comfortable. Breakfast was great! The cozy privacy of the Maine Room reminded me of being in our old cape house on Buzzard's Bay except there our dormer room was not air conditioned and the bathroom was 3 floors down - unlike The Inn.

We spent our 20th anniversary here just for one night but will definitely be back for a longer visit. It was fabulous! Everything from the great hospitality, to the WineDown Hour, to the awesome, awesome breakfast was great! The Maine Room was very comfortable -we haven't had a good night's sleep like that in years.

This haven demonstrates what can be created when two people share a common goal for excellence. Lisa's attention to detail is amazing (I loved the door knockers, fresh flowers, and lovely bath products). The LaMontagnes have the market cornered on hospitality. The upscale breakfasts and WineDown snacks were much enjoyed. Lisa and Kris offered stimulating conversation and superior service. I will spread the word.

What a wonderful weekend spent with family and friends I adore. The Inn, the detail, the hospitality and best of all the breakfast each morning is NOT to be missed. I wanted so much to sleep in, but the aroma from the kitchen is heavenly. Thank you for the "calm" which was much needed prior to my arrival. We can't wait to come back!!!

We came to onancock to participate in the Crystal Beach Triathlon and stayed here at The Inn. The tri was great...but The Inn was fantastic. Great place, Awesome hosts, comfortable everything and Outstanding touches. The ambiance is welcoming, friendly. Decor incredible. The Best Inn we've ever experienced.

This was our first b&b, and The Inn is amazing! Definitely would recommend the crab & steak at The Charlotte for dinner. Breakfast was superb! A three course meal! We enjoyed our stay and will never sleep in a hotel again!

Ahhh, the Maine Room! This is our second time staying here. We're locals and cannot think of a better place for miles that we love more than this.
